While I was in Africa I deactivated my SIM as it said I was roaming when I wasn't. Now my phone won't recognise my SIM. The SIM is fine as it works in another phone. I've just put two SIM cards in and the second is recognised, the first one not.
Please help!

To avoid roaming charges we’d recommend switching roaming off in the iD Mobile app or changing the bill cap to an amount you’re comfortable with.
I’m not sure why the SIM would work in one phone and not the other, have you tried resetting the device or the device’s network settings? It would appear the device itself has a setting that has stopped it from recognizing the iD SIM.
