order update

I ordered a phone on 12th February and payment has been taken for the handset. 
The order status is still processing as the phone is out of stock and as I do not have an IDmobile number I cannot get an update as to when this order will be fulfilled. 
Any advice on how I can find out what’s happening would be appreciated.

Hello @Anna Watt,

Hopefully you got the “Thank You For Your Order Ref xxxxxxxxx” email from iD Mobile.

The iD Mobile Live Chat service would be the quickest way of getting an update. 

Make sure you start your chat between 9am - 8pm weekdays or 9am - 6pm weekends.

Use any telephone number, then once you get connected type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 bot.

Chatting in the above time periods means you get through to a real person in iD customer support.

If that doesn’t work, try sending a PM on their social media - facebook or twitter.

There should be iD agents responding to PMs between 9am - 6pm.
