hi i ordered a iphone 15 pro max 256gb black iphone which was out of stock so i haven't received it yet, however i paid an upfront cost of £249. I was wondering if i could cancel this order and receive a refund as my son no longer wants this as a christmas gift and would prefer something else. Can an employee e please get back to me and help me cancel this order. thank you.
UPDATE: Hi, my son would now like to have the phone for his Christmas so this is for any employee who may see this to disregard this post and help me with my other topic. I do not know how to cancel topics so hopefully this will suffice. I would like to keep my order for the phone and would no longer want to cancel. thank you.
