My number was supposed to transfer yesterday advised this hadn't happened can you advise I sent you the PAC code when I took out the contract

Does your old service provider’s SIM card still work @Morgan Parker? 

If it does, then the switch hasn’t happened.

There have been a few number ports that have been sent as scheduled for 02/01/24, however are actually taking place today, 03/01/24, please allow through 10pm today and let us know how you’re getting on.

 

With the festive period there have been some delays with ports which we can only apologise for.
