I’m trying to use my PAC code from virgin media now for 7 days in a row. I’m typing in the PAC code they sent me via text message, copying over from emails the information ID have sent me E.G transaction number, ID mobile number and I obviously know my own number. But when I submit ID tell me there is an issue with the information. I cannot get into contact with them as it’s only a live chat and agents are always busy and there is no phone number.
any ideas on how to fix and sort this issue out ?
