I can’t get my pac code , I’ve tried to use the chat as I’ve been told to but it won’t work as I can’t get through to anyone but it says there’s no one available but doesn’t even let me wait to speak to someone , I can’t text on my id because my contract has ended and I’m really sick of this. Can someone please contact me and help me sort this out

Welcome to the Community!
You can simply text the words PAC to the number 65075 from the iD SIM card.
A PAC code will then be texted to you and you can give that to the new network provider who will port your number out.
As well as that, you can even log into the iD app/account.
Click My Account then End my plan and when asked if you want to keep your number, just select Yes.
