Tried many times to transfer my number from o2. It is not working, so I am getting frustrated and decided to cancel ID after a couple of days. I cant even cancel my account, what's going on

You can also submit your PAC to iD Mobile by contacting the iD customer support team on Facebook or Twitter. 

Do this privately using Facebook Messenger, or a Twitter direct message. 
The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends + bank holidays).

I’m sorry to hear you’ve had issues porting to us, how is it you’ve attempted to port over to us? Via the port form? The iD Mobile app/website? Do you get any errors?

 

Was a PAC code submitted during purchase of the plan?
