Hi there , 

 

I have given my pac code from Tuesday and I have now received my sim and it’s Friday but the number has not transferred , I have turned on and off the phone but still the number has not swapped over to the old one.

Are you not receiving calls and texts to the number you wanted to keep @Aaliyah Wade?

Is you old service provider’s SIM card still working?
