Hi just recently changed from Vodafone to ID mobile. I put my PAC number on my order online. I received my new sim yesterday but the number hasn’t changed, how long does it normally take? As I haven’t received an email or message about it.

What date did you request for your number transfer @Thomas Davison

Assume you gave iD Mobile a date for switching, at the time you ordered your item/s online?

 

I’m pretty sure I put the Friday 3rd November. The day after I bought the sim

In any event, I’d recommend using iD Live Chat service, and talking to iD customer service online about your switch to iD (from Vodafone) - the online iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
