Hi just recently changed from Vodafone to ID mobile. I put my PAC number on my order online. I received my new sim yesterday but the number hasn’t changed, how long does it normally take? As I haven’t received an email or message about it.

What date did you request for your number transfer
Assume you gave iD Mobile a date for switching, at the time you ordered your item/s online?
Is your old provider’s SIM card still active
In any event, I’d recommend using iD Live Chat service, and talking to iD customer service online about your switch to iD (from Vodafone) - the online iD agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
