PAC CODE NUMBER TRANSFER

Good Morning:- Got a contract phone from Carphone Warehouse (Curry’s) on Wednesday 22/11/2023, they did all the paperwork & transfers for me. 

They received the PAC Code via email by 12:22 pm same day, and this would of been passed on to ID, from Carphone Warehouse, during completion of my order.

 

Looking At This Chart, I Thought My Switch Over Would Of Been “Thursday.”

Although ID Contract Shows My Switching Date As Thursday 23/11/2023

Give us your PAC by: Date you'll switch to iD:

Monday before 5:30 pm

Tuesday

Monday after 5:30pm to Tuesday before 5:30pm

Wednesday

Tuesday after 5:30 pm to Wednesday before 5:30 pm

Thursday

Wednesday after 5:30 pm to Thursday before 5:30 pm

Friday

Thursday after 5:30 pm to Friday before 5:30 pm

Monday

Sometimes the Currys staff don’t process everything correctly in-store. 

Have you been back to check in-store @John Robert McNally?

Just been back to Curry’s, person was not really interested, said I should go onto live chat/or telephone, and contact ID.

Old Sim Not Working.

 

So I Will Now See What Happens Now On Live Chat & Phone.

Unfortunately, I think if the store haven’t processed the new connection request correctly, that can’t be fixed by Live Chat. 

Doesn’t everyone working in Currys wear a beard, and come with 40-hours training?
