PAC Code - supplied at purchase

I submitted my PAC Code to ID Mobile on purchase of the SIM. I connected my phone circa 2pm yesterday… I have had no notification that the switch is received or is taking place. Is this typical? Should I be expecting it to happen today? If I try to re-enter it doesn’t work so I assume it has been used… why is there no method to check the progress?

Sometimes the PAC is accepted by iD Mobile but they fail to set a transfer date - seems to happen when supplying a PAC at the point-of-purchase.

You’d normally be informed by your old provider, and iD of the switch date @Bobby C.

I’d suggest trying the online iD live chat, or privately contact iD using Facebook Messenger, or send them a Twitter direct message.

The support teams work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).
