PAC not working

New to this iD mobile and starting to regret it. PAC code, name, mobile and transaction number submitted…comes back with errors … no call center

Thank you. I used Fb msg and a customer advisor helped me.

Okay @Ans Otonev, if you’re trying to do this using the iD app, then perhaps try submitting your PAC online instead, at https://switching.idmobile.co.uk

If that fails, you can ask an iD customer adviser to process your PAC using the online Live Chat service or on social media. 

Chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat, via a popup window in your web browser. 

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.   

There isn’t an iD Mobile call centre.
