I've messaged 5 hours ago needing support and no one has replied! I am new to Idmobile and so far am not impressed with the lack of customer service. And it appears impossible to speak to a person! All I need is a transition number so I can transfer my number!! The service you provide just sends you around in circles.

Usually, the transaction number is printed on the invoice that normally comes with the item(s) ordered from iD Mobile @Pauladams78

On the iD Live Chat, just type “talk to a person” to avoid the bot sending you around in circles.

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

I’m sorry you feel this way about our service, on the iD Community we unfortunately won’t always be able to respond to messages and posts quickly, you may be best contacting the Live Chat as @andewhite suggests above.

 

The transaction number can be found in your “Welcome to iD” email we send at the beginning of a plan.
