Payed bill direct too ID and still cant use my services?

My bill was due two days ago I payed tonight as soon as I recieved the text this was 5 hours ago, still my services haven't been restored and I cant talk to anyone online or on the phone? 

 

Help.

No still nothing. 

 

The chat only takes you to a bot and can't get anyone just now on any phones?

Did you ask to "Speak to a person" when connected to the bot?
