My phone will not let my complete and outgoing calls/texts or data usage after I have transferred a new PAC number across. My bill payments are upto date and I have tried resetting settings etc

What was the date your number was due for transfer to iD Mobile @Franka1998

On the day of the number transfer, it can sometimes take until 10pm for the number transfer to be properly completed. Nor do number transfers usually happen immediately - several hours or more may pass after your old service provider’s SIM becomes inactive, before the number you’re keeping works with your iD SIM card.
