When making calls... Either I can't hear other person or they can't hear me. Its a very broken line and you hear half a sentence. I don't have another phone to try sim in.
This something that's had been ongoing for ages

Maybe your phone is faulty? Try replacing the SIM card and see if that makes a difference.

I've only made 2 calls and both was OK. I had 2 bars of network signal and WiFi was 3 bars

Hi Tom,
No replacement sim. Was asked by Mohammed to record all calls, service, day, time. He thinks it's probably WiFi or services not good at time of call.
I don't seem to make that many calls, but the ones I do, some are OK.

If you’re using WiFi calling it could be worth turning this off and retesting services then.
Should this not change anything please contact us about a replacement SIM.
