phone just stopped working

I have a Samsung A02S and am 18 months into a 2 year contract. Monday night phone was OK. Tuesday morning it was dead as dodo. Phoned 7777 and no suitable option. Tried all of them but couldn't find one to allow me to talk to a person. How do I contact customer support, or even an email address

Hey @LMD1983,

Samsung handsets come with a 24-month warranty.

Please visit your local Currys store to book in for a repair or you can contact Samsung directly in order to look into this further.

We experienced an outage which caused issues with calls.

The issue has since been fixed and you should be able to use services as normal.
