Phone line breaks up when I make the call

Hello,

Whenever I make a call to someone, they always say that the line is breaking, although I always have full signal. I can always hear them fine and this never happened until I switched to ID mobile. Additionally, when they call me first, the line doesn't break on their end.

I’ve tried contacting the live chat but it always closes when I get about 2 minutes from connecting to an agent.

If you’re having trouble with the live chat @selenamarina28, you can also ‘talk’ to the iD customer support team by sending them a private message on facebook, or Twitter.

The agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends (and bank holidays).

I’m sorry to hear you’ve had issues with calls, have you tried the iD Mobile SIM in another device to test if it happens there too?

 

How long have you had these issues?

 

I’d recommend also checking your area on the iD Mobile coverage/outage checker to see if the issue could be caused by an outage.
