phone switches off

Hi 

I’ve had this phone not even a year 3 times now it’s crashed and I’ve had to do the restart which I’m one occasion worked the other had to put on charge and just hope it corrected itself. 
this is my only form of communication so when it happens it’s pretty stressful .

how can I resolve this issue?

Hey @Louise Smithson,

Sorry to hear your handset is faulty.

Phones come with either a 12 or 24-month warranty set by the manufacturer.

I’d recommend contacting the manufacturer directly or visiting your local Currys store (the latter being easier) to look at the handset further for faults.

This may be booked in for repair.

Hi

I've been to the Carphone warehouse they advised I go to the Apple which I did they couldn’t really help. What do you advise please

Wasn’t a battery /hardware problem so did a few checks and deleted Facebook and Instagram the reinstalled both apps. Didn’t really give me a reason in my half hour appointment.

so I am no further forward.

So no fault found then. Have you preformed a full factory reset?

Hi @Louise Smithson 

 

The teams at both Currys/Carphone Warehouse and Apple should be able to look into and have the device sent off under it’s 12 month warranty, we’d recommend looking into this option.
