WIFI calling is turned on, I am connected to WIFI and people cannot hear me well during a phone call although I can hear them perfectly. Sometimes the call drops out too.

Is there a WiFi Calling symbol showing on the top corner of the status bar?
This will indicate when WiFi Calling is active.
Try turning the phone to Airplane mode and seeing if this forces it to test again.
Where did you purchase the device from.

Has WiFi calling worked fine before?
Please could you place the handset into Airplane mode and enable WiFi only and see if that helps?
Do you have good WiFi otherwise?
