How long does an upgrade take?

I'm already an existing pay monthly (30 day) customer but yesterday I upgraded my plan to a 12 month one, same cost per month but more data.

Apparently I'm being sent a new SIM despite already having one and it even said that it isn't required 🤷‍♂️

I thought it would've been an almost instant process given everything above.

Assuming you purchased an upgrade to your plan, and not a new contract, you should see your upgrade in your iD online account @Andy Smith

If you can’t see the upgrade in your iD online account, then perhaps something’s wrong.
