poor signal

I have moved over from Smarty same carrier but the signal is very poor on a new samsungs23 same message on 3 signal say they are working on the mast for over a week now

I’m sorry to hear this, we rely on Three UK for our signal, this shouldn’t change between multiple provides who rely on the same signal. Have you tried the SIM card in another device?

 

Please could you let us know the postcode where you’re having issues?

Postcode Ll595lr yes tried 2 handsets still poor signals
