Has there been a fix for this issue? It's been a week of being messed about now. Want me to wait another 48 hours for technical to solve. From what I read its a regular thing. If so I'm leaving iD as I can't afford to constantly muss calls!!

It’s been a few days since your post, just checking if the porting has completed or if you managed to get in touch with a different team regarding this?
It sounds like a split port but the team can check it out and get it fixed ASAP.
