Hi. I recently upgraded to a pixel 6 but need a proof of purchase document to be able to claim the free Chromebook (And i did not get one with the phone when it wa delivered).

There’s normally an invoice in the delivery package you receive from iD.

Thanks for the quick responses …. Unfortunately I dont recall there being an invoice with the parcel.
The claim requires the following -
Your Proof of Purchase needs to clearly show us **all 3** of the following:
- Who the retailer was you made your purchase from (this can be a logo or company name)
- What you purchased (the product name)
- When you made your purchase (the date)
Which The copy of my contract does cover (which i sent them already, but they were seemingly not content with that)

I’d recommend contacting the iD social media team, privately, using facebook (with Messenger), or Twitter (by DM (direct message)). They’ll be able to assist you regarding the recent upgrade purchased on your iD account.
Out-of-hours messages left on facebook or Twitter are handled when the iD social media team next start work - anyway, good luck.
