Proof of Purchase required for repair.

Hello, I am trying to find a proof of purchase that is needed to send off to repair to see if it is in warranty.

If anyone could help it would be great.

Hey @Lolli3105,

You won’t need a proof of purchase if you’re booking the device in for repair at your local Currys as we would be able to see the purchase on the system

If you mean you’re booking your repair in with the manufacturer, please let us know and we can PM you to arrange for this to be sent out.

Yes, I have booked a repair with manufacturer due to my warranty with yourselves expiring. I would like a proof of purchase emailed if possible so I can show the engineer when he collects my phone.
