I need this to send to my insurance company but am finding it impossible to get to talk to a human being at ID. Is there a phone number, which doesn't send me through to an automated chat line or an email address?

Hello @rewood48,

The Live Chat service is the only way to speak to iD in real-time.

There’re advisors working 9am - 8pm weekdays; just type-in “talk to a person” after you get connected on chat, which avoids the 24/7 chat bot.

If you still have your order email, print that to a PDF for your insurance company maybe?

And for proof of usage, surely all you need to do is download a PDF of a recent bill. You can this from your My Account online, but there’s an issue with this service at the moment - see page:
