I have recently moved across to ID mobile and my sim is not working meaning I cannot make or receive calls. My mobile data is also not working. I have received notification that my number has come across. I have checked the network coverage in my area and also showing as working.

Does your new iD SIM card work in another handset @Becky Jolley?Ā 

If not, itā€™sĀ probably damaged or faulty andĀ might need to be replaced.
