Recieved a tampered box

Hi, I ordered iPhone 13 pro from ID and the delivery was really quick. But I was disappointed to see the iPhone box was tampered ( the seal was already broken - like a refurbished phone). I contacted ID customer service immediately, they forwarded my concern to complaints team (complaint number- 281665285). I didn’t like the way this is happening. Sending a seal opened iPhone wasn’t correct and now asking me to return it and cancel the contract isn’t right solution. I expected replacement of the phone with a proper box sealed phone.

Did the team advise to return it for cancellation?

The team should have been able to arrange a replacement for you.

I have actually posted the phone to the suggested address. If possible please get me a replacement and activate the contract.
