Refuses to accept my password

I am being asked for my e mail, mobile number, year of birth, and after giving the correct answers nothing happens.  Is there a fault somewhere?

Are you trying to register or reset your password?

If you are trying to reset your password are you sure that you have definitely registered?

I have no record of actually having registered although I might be wrong.  I thought that if I registered “again” then I would have got a message saying that this e mail address already exists, but I cannot even get that far.
