Question on behalf of my mum who is trying to register and keep her number from another network.

We now have the SIM (although no number was provided) and I also have PAC from old provider.

 

I am trying to register and each time, there is an error that says that something isn't quite right. I've checked the details and they are correct. Any idea what I can do? Live chat doesn't seem to be working.

 

I am also trying to keep my mums old number. Again, when I fill in the form I get the same error eg that something isn't right.

 

Help!

The new SIM card is ready to use, so pop it into a phone and call a friend, or family member, to get your ‘new’ mobile number.

Once you’ve got this, you might be able to submit the PAC from your old provider.

When live chat doesn’t work, contact support through Facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by DM).  The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Thank you so much! Got the number but still no joy elsewhere. I've tried Messenger so fingers crossed for a response tomorrow!
