My phone is damaged and will be replaced by insurance, do I need to tell iD Mobile any details of my replacement phone when I receive it?

If you owned the phone that’s been replaced, probably not, @Iain Adam.  

Are you within the minimum-term of a 24-month handset contract, @Iain Adam?

Okay @Iain Adam, technically you don’t actually own the phone until your minimum-term ends, so iD Mobile might need to know.

Perhaps, worth checking your iD contract terms & conditions.
