This is the forth time I have been in touch with ID Mobile regarding this matter, on the 11th of May I received a phone call telling me that someone was using the same number as me in Scotland, and that I should send a message to yourself and request a new PAC code and tell them what it was and they would send me a new sim card. Which I did, I then got in touch with yourself to check if I had been scammed, which I had, after two and a half hours I got cut off so i got back in touch on the 12th and spoke to Lyle Opperman who cut the number off and told me to ring back in two days time. When I rang back I spoke to Atalia who finished up saying that she had told them to reconnect me, but two days later I’m still not connected, My phone number is ******** could someone tell me what is happening now.
