My phone internet and service has been down for TWO WHOLE DAYS. I work from home and I cannot even make a single call to people as the service is sooo bad. it’s disgusting! I have to rely on my home broadband when I am paying £62 per month for 4G and 5G and unlimited call/tests. It’s awful. I’m just wondering how I’m going to put up with this for the entirety of my contract
Perhaps use your postcode to check for network FAULTS using the online status checker?
