Recently bought a ID mobile sim for data only. However I can't register my account as it keeps saying I'm not registered and its not finding my internet connection.

 

Not happy. I want a refund and to hand the SIM back. You can't speak to anyone here.

Hi @Rrachael07, we were having some issues with the system yesterday, but this has now been resolved.

If you still need help, I’d recommend contacting the FacebookTwitter or Live Chat teams so they can take a look at your account.
