Why can I not move my sim to slot 1 and why does it say sim2
Something’s not quite right
The iD Mobile network only provides 3G, 4G and 5G mobile services - there’s isn’t any 2G available with iD Mobile.
Perhaps you’ve got two active SIM cards in your handset?
