Hey, I logged into the app on my new phone (provided by you) today, and a message came through saying “your new SIM card has been enabled”. I am keeping my current sim card, as established on the phone with your agent when I upgraded. It has been working perfectly until this point. Now I have a non-functional SIM card and no way to fix it, as attempting to switch back to it in your app does not work and only gives me an error message. Please advise, as I require mobile access to the internet asap.
