Hi. My new iD Mobile SIM is not being recognized by my phone. I have tried multiple other ones and they are all fine. I don’t believe that I need to activate it, right? Any tips?

Sounds like you might have received a faulty SIM card, or perhaps iD have blocked / disabled your network account.
Your nearest Currys would be the fastest way to get a replacement iD SIM, which would need to be activated online.
Otherwise, contact iD support using one of the following channels:
