Sim card not delivered

I have placed the order 3 days ago and didnnot get any updates regarding the delivery of the sim can still, my number has alrwady been ported from the previous carrier to the new one as a result there isnt any network on my handset

The following help page explains iD SIM cards take 3-5 working days to be delivered, from the date of their dispatch.

Date of dispatch is usually the date your received your order complete email from iD Mobile.
