After activating my sim with my PAC number on Sunday. I received an email from iD mobile informing me that the iD switch was scheduled for 5/09 between 8am - 10pm & that a confirmation text would be sent to the new Sim when the switch was complete. I inserted the Sim on 6/09. Nothing. No text received. No service. I have followed all the troubleshooting guidance (reinserted Sim, checked coverage, phone on and off etc) and still nothing.Â
I MUST have a working phone for the weekend as I’m taking my kids away - please help!
