SIM CARD NOT WORKING

Hi my my old number was disconnected from my old provider and moved to ID but since the 20th of February the day that it migrated it did not work and I have now lost the access to my ID account as I forgot the password and it only sends a text message to my number however how can I do it without calls data or sms? And still being charged for it

Perhaps your iD SIM card is broken or damaged, @Mooh Biiry. 

Does your iD SIM work in another phone?

Okay @Mooh Biiry, if your iD SIM doesn’t work in several different phones, it’s probably faulty or iD may have blocked your iD network connection (account) for some reason. 

Perhaps contact iD support, using their online Live Chat. Otherwise, send support a private message to one of their social media accounts.

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
