Can i put my sim in a new phone…..i have a nokia 930 unlocked yet it wont register the sim

Have you tested or able to test the SIM in a different handset?
If the SIM doesn’t work there either it’s likely going to be a SIM issue.
We can either get a new one sent out or you can collect one from your local Curry’s store.
