My contract ended and I'm still being charged what I was paying during my contract.
I assumed my bill total would reduce but it hasn't.
I'm happy with my handset so not looking to upgrade yet

Hi Heather, when you fulfil your contractual agreement it will continue on a monthly rolling basis until you either upgrade, switch to a cheaper plan or cancel/ PAC out.
If you're happy with your current handset but want to reduce your monthly line rental then I recommend that you switch to a SIM only plan. Maybe have a chat with an iD Mobile live chat agent and see what deal they can offer you? You can chat with them here.
