stuck on Emergency

I bought a simple phone for my wife but I've had to change phones as the original phone gat dropped and smashed. (It hasn't been used for quite a while as my wife has been in hospital) Having charged the new phone and transferred the SIM all I can get is EMERGENCY and can't do anything with it

Could you kindly let us know the make and model of the handset you’re trying to use please? Are there any error messages that pop up when turning the handset on with our SIM card in it?

The phone is a Ushining F200 model

The Ushining F200 is a 2G handset and will not work on ID Mobile as they use the Three network to provide their services. Three have no 2G network and as a result can only be used with 3G, 4G and 5G capable phones.

That's a bit annoying as I bought it from an advertisement stating it was 2g/3g compatible. I'll try and find a suitable one. Thanks!!
