I have had my direct debit come out of my account but my contract has been suspended. I have sent documents to prove this and nothing has been done what do I do? Live chats aren't helping, curry's in Leicester have no idea why the customer support have been useless in helping me.
What do I do?
Been without any calls Internet and date for over a week now and I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving.
