Suspended line although bill has been paid

My line has been suspended even though I paid my bill yesterday 5/1/24 for the balance of £26.29. I cannot go without my phone. I use my phone for work purposes and also care for a terminally ill relative. I cant get onto live chat to speak to an agent so have had to resort to this. Please can my line be activated as my bill has been paid! Cheryl Inch [REDACTED]
