I kept my existing mobile number gave ID mobile my pac number I had a text that my number has switched but its not working why isn't it working

After a number port has processed the number should stop working with your old network.
I would advise resetting your network settings and restarting the handset.
If the number still doesn’t work, please let us know and we can PM you if required.
