Hi i bought a phone last week I gave the pac code to transfer my old number to this phone but it hasn’t work every time I phone someone it comes up with my new number not my old one

Sounds like something could have gone wrong with your number transfer to iD Mobile.
Sometimes doing a NETWORK RESET on your handset fixes issues like this - the handset user guide should explain the procedure for doing this.
Otherwise, speak to iD support using their online live chat service.
