Switching to SIM only - how to access web plans?

My contract’s ended and I want to switch to SIM only but the plan I want isn’t offered when I log into my account even though I can see it on the website - how do I select that plan?

Perhaps try calling the iD telephone sales department to discuss your upgrade options, upon completion of the minimum term for your iD contract @nobby.

I’ve spoken to Sales and apparently deals on the website are only available for new contracts i.e., you can’t keep your number (well you can if you go through a huge palaver of transferring to another network PAYG for 30 days and then trans back….).

So basically, though I’ve been with ID for YEARS I’m not able to access as good a deal as new customer so UPPER MANAGMENT HEAR ME - that is no way to reward loyalty and would definitely make me think of switching to a different provider.

Hope that give the heads up to anyone else in the same situation.

Some deals will be exclusive to new customers to attract new customers.

However we do also offer some exclusive upgrade deals.

Did the team advise that you weren’t eligible for a SIM only upgrade contract?
