Terminate my contract

Hi

 

My oldest contract is coming up to the end of its 24 month term and I don’t want it to renew as I have my new one in place. How do I ensure it won’t renew. I’ve tried to end plan on the app but it send me round in circles. Please let me know what I need to do as soon as possible. Thanks
